NEW DELHI: When Randhir Singh becomes the next president of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) on Sunday, he would prioritize attracting more sponsors to the Asian Games and improving marketing for them, the seasoned administrator told Reuters.
Since 2021, the 77-year-old Indian has served as the acting president of the OCA, replacing Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah of Kuwait, who was banned from the sports administration for 15 years in May of this year due to ethical violations.
