New Polls Show Close Presidential Race In Crucial States

Vice President USA Kamala Harris

A recent set of polls released on Saturday morning reveals a closely contested presidential race in three key states - Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The polls indicate that Vice President Kamala Harris is gaining ground on former President Donald Trump in these states.

Among registered voters, Trump leads Harris by a narrow margin in Michigan, while Harris is ahead in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The polls have a margin of error of 4 percentage points or more in each state. When considering likely voters, the race remains tight in all three states, with Harris holding a slight edge over Trump.

These numbers represent an improvement for the Democratic ticket compared to earlier polling that focused on Biden and Trump. The favorability ratings of the candidates show that a majority of registered voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin are satisfied with their choices for this year's election. Democratic voters are slightly more satisfied than Republican voters.

Harris has a favorable rating of 48% among registered voters, while Trump's rating is slightly lower. Both candidates are seen as intelligent and having a clear vision for the country, but Harris is perceived as more honest and possessing a presidential temperament. Half of the voters believe that Harris will bring about the right kind of change, while a slightly lower percentage feel the same about Trump.
