The 49-year-old has built his entire post-MBA career at Nestlé, climbing from an internal auditor in 2001 to leadership roles across Panama, Honduras, and Mexico. Navratil joins names like General Motors CEO Mary Barra and Walmart CEO Doug McMillon to have spent their entire career at the same company.
