New name in social care provision in North East Lincolnshire as organisations merge

Social care providers Ace Homecare, Care4All and Navigo Extra are to unite to form a new registered charity to serve North East Lincolnshire.

Nurtrio, the new entity, will offer a range of health and social care services within the local community and employ more than 270 staff as a new subsidiary of leading NHS mental health services provider Navigo.

Following a thorough due-diligence process which began last summer, the boards of Care4All and Navigo have passed a vote, giving the go-ahead to launch this month.
