Jorgie Porter has shared the reality of being a new mum as she copes with her "hangry baby" and his "poonami explosion".

The new mum took to her Instagram page to share a photo which showed how she is getting on since having her first baby in November.

After saying her social media had become "too perfect" since becoming a mum, she posted a snap of her son Forest having a "poonami explosion" while in a public toilet.
