The Liverpool Echo reports that the black spot midi dress gained attention after it was showcased in an Instagram post, alongside a £36 red version that has now sold out.
Currently available to buy online, the £40 dress only has a few sizes left, with UK sizes 6,8 and 22 being the only options remaining. The spot-print dress itself features flattering fit-and-flare silhouette, tie waist, tiered hem and button-back fastening.
Shoppers were sent swooning over the classy dress after the high-street chain reshared a snap from @newlook_carolineandolivia on Instagram. The New Look employee's hailed the polka dot dresses as "the perfect wedding guest dresses."
Both posts from the retailer and its staff members were quickly inundated with positive comments from shoppers who hailed both dresses as "absolutely stunning."
