New hepatitis not related to Covid vaccine, says minister

A mysterious strain of hepatitis found in 13 Scottish children has no link to the Covid-19 vaccine, the public health minister has said.

The World Health Organisation said last week that 10 cases of the virus had been reported across the central belt of Scotland, adding a few days later the figure stood at 74 across the UK.
