These pictures show how a new health centre in North Tyneside is taking shape.
Building work on the new Hadrian Health Centre, in Wallsend, started last year and now its three-storey frame has been constructed.
The site, near the Forum Shopping Centre, will bring together clinicians and a range of community health services - serving more than 20,000 patients.

It will become the home of two GP surgeries - Park Road Medical Practice and Portugal Place Health Centre.
The new building will have solar photo voltaic (PV) panels on the roof to capture energy for the all-electric facility – limiting electricity required from the grid and reducing carbon footprint.
The £9.5m project, which is expected to finish in the summer, is being delivered by Esh Construction, alongside primary care premises specialist Assura.
Other health partners include NHS North Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Community Services.
Dr Richard Scott, clinical chair of NHS North Tyneside CCG, said: "It's fantastic that work on the ground is now well under way and we are looking forward to watching it progress over the coming months.
"This new centre will certainly be a welcome boost to local health services as well helping the further regeneration of Wallsend town centre.”
