There are so many new games for 2026 (and beyond) to look forward to, with a host of exciting announcements dropping that only adds to the future lineup.
We've seen so many fresh arrivals in recent times, which our pick of the best games of 2026 (so far) highlights. But the good news is that we are now in September (AKA one of the busiest months for new releases). From the likes of the PS5 exclusive Marvel's Wolverine to Switch 2 outings like a new Fire Emblem, a fresh Silent Hill, and a ton more, the next few weeks are jammed pack. On top of that, Gamescom 2026 and a new State of Play brought a wave of announcements, and there are still even more showcases before the year is through, meaning we're likely only going to see even more new games to mark our calendars for very soon.
