A brand new Edinburgh burger joint is opening today at a Haymarket spot in the west end of the city.
Burger Mama has been based in the Lioness on Duke Street for the last four years but has just opened up their first stand alone location on the other side of the city.
The suave new location will be mostly focusing on takeaway but does have a number of seats in the restaurant for dining in too.
It is located directly opposite Haymarket Station and is run by the same owners behind the Lioness of Leith where they have been successfully fulfilling all the Leithers burger cravings years.

The menu features many Lioness of Leith favourites including their G-Funk burger with aged beef and their unique BBQ sauce and the Old Skool classic complete with dill pickles.
There are plenty of meat free options too from a Panko Portobello Mushrom burger with pickled vegetables and a spicy Cajun Panko Bean Burger with Chipolte Mayo.
The suave clean interior is complemented by the neon pink signs.
There are a number of booths and seats inside for customers to dine in.
The cute cacti collection adds to the fresh and aesthetic vibe of the cool new restaurant.
The cosy booths are perfect to tuck away and enjoy a burger from the varied menu.
