A plush new Edinburgh bar and restaurant is set to open this week inside one of the city's biggest business parks.
Tucked away at Edinburgh Park just off the tram route, new venue Patina has launched a huge new eatery and cocktail bar that will officially open to customers on Wednesday.
Soft-launching their bakery last month, the eatery is set to cater for all, with the sweet treats and fresh pasta during the day, as well as a plush experience at night.

Serving up a "contemporary European and Levantine-inspired menu", the dishes will include the likes of Shetland mussels with nduja sauce and sourdough, sweet potato gnocchi with cavolo nero and cep salt and venison sausage with borlotti beans and chili butter.
Meanwhile, the fully stocked bar is complete with a specially selected wine and beer list, bespoke cocktails and soft drinks, freshly made in house.

Featuring the bar, restaurant, artisan bakery as well as live music, Patina has been brought to Edinburgh by the successful team behind Newcastle’s Kiln. Originally a ceramics workshop, the venue grew organically over time and now combines the pottery business with a relaxed all-day Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, bar experience, as well as private dining events.
Co-owner and managing director, Geffen Yoeli-Rimmer, said: “From daily freshly baked pastries made using local butter, to lunchtime fare that’s miles from the dreary shop-bought sandwich, and a knockout all-day menu featuring fresh, homemade pasta, Patina’s aim is to bring people together over good food.”
Patina’s bar and restaurant will open on November 2nd 2022. The venue is also accessible by car, with car parking facilities across the road, which are free of charge for 60 minutes.
