New diesel rules will affect drivers in the UK in two weeks - despite widespread concern it will have on motorists.
The change, affecting red diesel, has come at the 'worst possible time' warns transport bosses.
From April 1, so-called rebated diesel and rebated biofuels will no longer be authorised for use.
