New Delhi: Subhas Chandra Bose's hologram goes missing at India Gate, Trinamool Congress protests

NEW DELHI: The newly-installed hologram of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Delhi's India Gate suddenly went missing, leading to several workers of the Trinamool Congress launching a protest on Thursday.

TMC MPs, including Sukhendu Sekhar Roy, Sougata Roy, Nadimul Haque, Shanta Chetri and Mausam Noor protested against the disappearance of the hologram.

Sougata Roy stated that just like the hologram vanished from India Gate, the BJP's love for Netaji has also "vanished".

On January 23, marking the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had unveiled the hologram at India Gate. He had said that a statue made of granite will be installed at the same place once it is completed and it is a tribute to the Azad Hind Fauj founder.
