New delay to reopening Harrow Crown Court after RAAC crumbling concrete closure

The Ministry of Justice has suffered a fresh setback after the re-opening of one of London’s courthouses had to be delayed by another four months.

Harrow Crown Court in northwest London was suddenly shut down in August 2023 following the discovery of dangerous Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) concrete in the roof.
