Balfour+Manson has appointed Stephanie Nichol as a partner.
She has specialised in commercial property for more than 20 years and has high-level experience across the sector, working with a wide range of clients.
Nichol was most recently a freelance legal consultant under her own name, but before that she worked at Morton Fraser for almost seven years. She started her career with stints at Gillespie Macandrew and Tods Murray.
