New Chelsea signing Andrey Santos has named the three reasons why he joined the Premier League giants after completing his move from Vasco da Gama.
Santos has become Graham Potter's third January signing, after David Datro Fofana and Benoit Badiashile as the new ownership continues to bolster the squad with promising young talent.
The 18-year-old is the rawest of the trio, having made his professional debut less than two years ago and was recently plying his trade in Brazil's second division.
But the box-to-box midfielder has taken the big jump to move to England and in his first interview as a Chelsea player outlined why.
"It’s a very big opportunity for me," he told the club's official website.
"This is a big club playing in big competitions like the Premier League so I am very excited. The players here are so good and I am very happy to be here."
