Burritos and Mexican food is the craze that took over Dublin many years ago and has proven to be a trend that isn't going away any time soon.
More and more Mexican restaurants and diners seem to open up in Dublin every few months.
Tula is the latest addition to the Temple Bar foodie scene, serving up burritos, tacos and other Mexican delights. Dublin Live paid a visit to the brand new eatery, which is located on Essex Street, to see what the craic is.
A look at the menu will give you a sense of what this place is all about. They know what they want to do, and they want to do it well. The golden rule for a good restaurant or diner is a small, specialised menu, something that Tula knows to stick to.

Lovers of Mexican grub can get burritos as well as burrito bowls, salads and tacos. And that goodness isn't just for the grown ups as Tula also offers kids meals in the form of quesadillas and tacos which come with juice.
Chatting to Dublin Live, Tula boss Sushil Sharma made it clear that the business' goal is to bring Dubs fresh Mexican food made with locally sourced ingredients.
"Traceability would be one of the key things for us. We want to use all Irish meats. We want to be very clear and open, and people can see where the food is coming from," he said.
"Our menu is very different from other places. We have the likes of cauliflower rice, queso and wholegrain rice. We are very much authentic."
Dubs might remember the ground floor level building on the corner of Essex Street and Eustace Street as a Costa Coffee, but works have rapidly transformed the space into a casual Mexican diner.
As well as the brand new Temple Bar restaurant, there are plans to bring Tula to foodies all over the city.
Sushil told us: "We have a couple of more units coming to the northside and southside. It'll be city centre and suburbs. There is a plan in place.
"This is where it all starts."
Being in the city centre, Tula knows its multiple target customers from tourists to locals to late night revellers, and is open until the late hours during the weekend.
