A new building for business in Birmingham has topped out.
Enterprise Wharf is being developed on the Innovation Birmingham Campus by Bruntwood SciTech and will offer space to digital and tech companies as well as larger corporations with technology divisions.
The ten-storey, 120,000 sq ft complex will be a 'smart-enabled' building aimed at reducing emissions, lowering operational costs and optimising workers' experience and wellbeing.
Sensors throughout the building will monitor energy usage which businesses can then harness to optimise heating, lighting and air quality.
Contractor Graham is leading construction work which will be completed later this year.
It is the latest building to be constructed on the campus following previous projects iCentrum and the Universities Centre.
Jamie Clyde, regional director at Bruntwood SciTech, said: "Fast-growing tech and digital businesses thrive from proximity to one another and it was fantastic to see Enterprise Wharf already unlocking new relationships."
