New beach music festivals in Weston-super-Mare include 2000s club throwback with Cascada and Vengaboys

Two new music festivals are coming to Weston-super-Mare beach this summer promising to bring 2000s club anthems and the sounds of Ibiza's party scene. The events - Clubland Live on the Beach and Café Mambo on the Beach - will be reminiscent of the hugely-successful music festival, T4 on the Beach, first launched in 2003 and hosted in Weston from 2005 to 2012.

Clubland has been at the forefront of the 90s and 00s dance music resurgence in recent years hosting Weekender and beach events all over the UK. This September, the dance brand, that owns All Around the World and Universal Music TV, is promising one of its biggest line-ups to date headlined by the Queen of Dance music herself, Cascada, known for anthems such as Every Time We Touch and Evacuate the Dancefloor.

She will be joined by Vengaboys and SASH! who have racked up 17 top 10 hits between them. Vengaboys saw success with Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom and We're Going to Ibiza. Encore Une Fois and Ecuador were some of SASH!'s top tracks.
