New Ayrshire wind farm could neighbour major project under construction near Dalmellington

A new wind farm has been proposed for East Ayrshire which would neighbour a mega site currently being constructed.

Renewable energy firm Vattenfall has unveiled plans for an additional 17 turbines to be installed near Dalmellington.

South Kyle Wind Farm II will bring enough energy to power 60,000 homes.
