A new art exhibition has opened in Glasgow, with the goal of bringing artists' work back to the local community.
Arriving this week in Glasgow's west end is the inaugural exhibition of the newly established G20 Artist Collective.
The G20 Artist Collective was established in January 2022 following two years of lockdowns, online shows, and solo studio working.

Excited by the rich seam of practicing creatives in the G20 location of Glasgow, visual artist, Connie Liebschner, set about making a way to meet more frequently, share ideas, and to bring the artists’ work back to the local community. The Collective comprises 14 selected artists and includes painters, photographers, performers, fine artists, and jewellery makers.
Strata / Thought Lines is set to be a celebration of the multitude of talent within G20, opening new conversations between frequently divided artistic disciplines whilst creating opportunities for each artist to discuss, collate and share their creative output for the enjoyment of the community in which they live and work.
Strata / Thought Lines is at The Alchemy Experiment, 157 Byres Road between September 2 and 15, with free entry.
