Liverpool and Wolves battled it out to a 2-2 draw at Anfield on Saturday night, forcing an FA Cup third round replay. But the game wasn't without VAR controversy.
Wolves took the lead in the first half through Goncalo Guedes before Darwin Nunez levelled the tie. Mohamed Salah then put the Reds in the driving seat before Hwang Hee-chan pegged them back. Toti Gomes appeared to have won it late on, but his goal was ruled out for offside.
And a new angle has shed more light on how the incident may have played out.

Footage taken from the Sir Kenny Dalglish stand has shown how tight it was when Hwang's header went backwards and towards Nunes. The Wolves midfielder took the corner - and it is his positioning which has been scrutinised over a potential offside.
@NunoArmy posted footage on their Twitter account, which this still is taken from:
But it appears the controversy may have exposed limitations in the current VAR systems. ESPN's Dale Johnson, an expert in such matters, has given a detailed explanation.
He wrote: "That the ball was headed backwards by Hwang is irrelevant for an offside decision. Thiago's attempted clearance also does not reset the phase. But there were no cameras calibrated for offside that showed the position of Nunes and the last defender when Hwang heads the ball. The only camera which showed both players was a high tactical camera which isn't calibrated, and there was no definitive proof to be able to overturn the on-field decision."
Johnson concluded: "It's incredibly unfortunate for Wolves, but even the images being shared on social media show no evidence that Nunes was onside - not that the VAR would have had access to these anyway."
The disallowed goal means Liverpool have the chance to defend the FA Cup they won in May when they visit Molineux in the replay. The winner of that tie will play Brighton away in the next round.
