Netflix (NFLX) stock fell over 5% on Tuesday even as it beat consensus earnings estimates in Q3 of 2026. Valued at a market cap of $267 billion, shares of the streaming giant are currently down over 50% from all-time highs.
Investors did not seem to care about the earnings beat and were focused on company guidance. Recently, Netflix cut 1,000 jobs, lost its content chief, and trimmed its ad forecast, which made Wall Street nervous.
