Today's top streaming picks: Netflix
  • "The American President": 1995 rom-com that inspired "The West Wing"
  • "Ex Machina": Sci-fi masterpiece from "28 Years Later: The Bone Temple" writer Alex Garland
  • "Glitter & Gold: Ice Dancing": New docuseries about the road to the Olympics
  • "Hell or High Water": Oscar-nominated neo-Western written by Taylor Sheridan
  • "Mrs. Doubtfire": 1993 comedy classic starring Robin Williams

Netflix just added 28 new shows and movies to the streaming service today (Feb. 1). That can be a lot to sort through to start the month, and you'd be forgiven if you didn't know what to watch first. Especially since some of these are brand-new Netflix originals.
