Netflix fans have been left sickened after getting a sneak peek look at the upcoming documentary entitled Our Father.
The highly anticipated film follows the story of former fertility doctor Donald Cline who fathered 50 or more children by illegally artificially inseminating his sperm into women.
The story first broke in 2016 after one sibling reached out to a local news station and since then, the story of the half-siblings has taken the world by storm.
The two-minute teaser trailer begins with a female voiceover saying: "Growing up, I felt different. I was 35 and I take a DNA test."
It then switches to a different female and a male talking about how the story unravelled for them as they realised they had lots of relatives who they knew nothing about.
"I think it was some sick experiment for him. Most of us have blonde hair, blue eyes. It was almost like this perfect Aryan clan. It's disgusting," another woman says.
Another clip sees a woman say: "I had to tell my husband, 'we're just now finding out that Julie is not yours'," as her daughter sobs beside her.
Incredibly, the trailer reveals that "legally there's just no crime that touches this particular act" but the siblings are not giving up.
"He wants me to keep quiet but I will never back down, I will fight to expose all of your secrets," another woman is heard saying as a different person says they "dread every new match that comes" in case it's somebody they know or someone that they dated.
The documentary, which is directed by Lucie Jourdan, features Jacoba Ballard who was one of the first people to learn that Cline was her father.
Ballard knew she was conceived via sperm donor and sought out her half-siblings in 2014, which led to her and three other women taking DNA tests.
They ultimately discovered that Cline had fathered more than 50 children without his patients' knowledge.
Cline had told his patients that the donors were medical residents, claiming he only used each donor's sperm for three successful pregnancies. But their unusually large number of half-siblings told a different story, which will be explored in the upcoming documentary.
Fans were immediately shocked after watching the trailer and took to Twitter to comment.
"Disgustingly fascinating... Yeah I think that fits. Take a look at the Netflix documentary about disgraced (and hella creepy) fertility doctor Donald Cline in #OurFather," one person said.
Another tweeted: "#OurFather on Netflix is actually insane," while a third person posted: "That #OurFather documentary that’s coming to Netflix is wiiiiilld."
Someone else tweeted: "The trailer for #OurFather on Netflix is just crazy," and another added: "This is sick and intriguing @netflix #OurFather #Netflix."
