Netflix confirms Sex Education season 4 will be show's last

Season four of Sex Education will be the last it's been confirmed.

First released in January 2019, the British comedy drama received more than 40 million streams from the first series alone. But Netflix has confirmed the hit series will not be returning after its upcoming fourth season.

The creator of Sex Education, Laurie Nunn, shared the announcement on Netflix's companion site, Tudum, regarding the final season. She wrote an open letter to fans confirming the fourth season, which will be released on September 21, will be its last.
