Nepal flash floods latest: At least 469 dead as rescuers race to find survivors amid fears of second flood

Nepal and China have both warned of fresh risks of flooding as authorities scramble to respond to a catastrophe that has killed more than 469 people and left hundreds missing.

The Nepalese disaster authority said a lake created at the site of the flooding was at risk of a potentially disastrous breach.
