Nemanja Vidic thinks Erik ten Hag is a good, stable coach, who has restored important values at Manchester United this season. Ten Hag managed Go Ahead Eagles, Bayern Munich II, Utrecht and Ajax before his appointment at Old Trafford and some predicted he would struggle in his first season in the Premier League, but he's currently exceeding expectations with his squad.
Although United recorded their lowest-ever points total since the inaugural Premier League campaign last term, Ten Hag has been able to transform the club's fortunes, which has seen United reach the final of the Carabao Cup at Wembley.
Ten Hag has an opportunity to end the worst trophy drought at the club for 40 years in that competition, while his side, who currently sit in third position in the table, are also firmly on track to secure Champions League football.
