Former Leeds United boss Neil Warnock predicts that the Whites will steer clear of a relegation scrap this season. Leeds narrowly avoided relegation last season, surviving on the final day of the campaign with a dramatic 2-1 win at Brentford.
The 73-year-old, who managed 62 games while at Leeds between 2012 and 2013, posted his Premier League predictions for the upcoming campaign on his Twitter page. Warnock believes Leeds will improve on last season's 17th-placed finish under Jesse Marsch, and has them finishing in 14th.
Some pundits have tipped Leeds for relegation this season, but Warnock has AFC Bournemouth, Fulham and Southampton making up his bottom three.

Warnock said on Twitter: "It will be tough for the teams that have come up and I think some of the more established teams will find it hard again this season. Injuries and mid season transfers will play a big part."
At the other end of the table, Warnock is tipping Manchester City to win yet another Premier League title under Pep Guardiola. Arguably Warnock's most controversial prediction is that he believes Erik ten Hag's Manchester United won't finish in the top six.
He said: "I think it will be more competitive this year but still see #ManCity ending up on top. Don’t feel so optimistic about the other side of Manchester."
