NEET PG 2026 Fake Notice Alert: CGHS debunks viral claim that Wellness Centres will remain closed from August 27 to 31

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has warned beneficiaries against a fake notice claiming that its Wellness Centres will remain closed from August 27 to 31, 2026, because Medical Officers have been deployed for NEET PG 2026 examination duty.

The Directorate of CGHS said the notice, which carries the name and logo of the health scheme, is unauthorised and does not represent an official communication. It has also clarified that CGHS Wellness Centres will continue to operate according to their regular schedules during the period.
