Though the Lakers didn’t have Russell Westbrook (lower back tightness) for the first time this season, this goes down as an inexcusable loss to a team clearly trying to tank.
The Lakers were outhustled in multiple statistics: turnovers, points off turnovers, offensive rebounds, fast break points — the list can continue. But the point is clear: L.A. desperately needs changes.
