The reports of Draymond Green and Jordan Poole getting into an altercation at Golden State Warriors practice noted that Green hit his younger teammate — The Athletic phrased it as “forcefully struck” — and that “a line was crossed.”
The leaked video of the incident that TMZ released arguably showed something more: Green delivering a violent punch to Poole after the two got in each other’s faces and Poole pushed him.
Even if this is the kind of thing that sometimes happens in practices, it’s different to see the footage. And NBA players had some reactions to it as the video made the rounds Friday morning:
