With each iteration of 2K comes an ample amount of changes and additions for players to check out, and one of the most exciting aspects each year is the player ratings.

Rookies

While these players aren’t near the top of the individual rating board, it’s still exciting to see some of the top picks in this year’s NBA Draft bolster impressive ratings from the get-go.

However, OKC fans will have to wait and see what Chet Holmgren is made of, as the rookie sustained a season-ending injury during the Summer, so we doubt his rating will change throughout the year.

But, for the other rookies, we’re interested to hear your thoughts on if any of them are going to climb the ranks and potentially make it within the top ten for their position!

  1. Paulo Banchero – Orlando Magic – 78 OVR.
  2. Jabari Smith Jr. – Houston Rockets – 78 OVR.
  3. Chet Holmgren – Oklahoma City Thunder – 77 OVR.
  4. Kegan Murray – Sacramento Kings – 76 OVR.
  5. Jaden Ivey – Detroit Pistons – 76 OVR.
