Navneet Rana, Ravi Rana charged by Mumbai Police for obstructing police on duty

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Police on Wednesday filed its chargesheet against Navneet Rana, an independent member of Parliament from Amravati, and her husband Ravi Rana, a member of the legislative assembly (MLA), for offence under section 353 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) for obstructing police on duty read with Section 34 (common intention).

The charge sheet was filed before Borivali Metropolitan Magistrate court.
