A new branch of a tools company has opened in a town. on the Nottinghamshire border. Toolstation, a supplier of tools and products for local trade and DIY customers, opened its new Long Eaton branch in Forbes Park Court, Toton Close, Field Farms Road, on Monday (April 4).
That particular branch has created 7 new jobs. That's in addition to 300 permanent roles currently being recruited by the company in branches, distribution centres and customer contact centre across the country.
Click and collect can be used at the branch, as can the Toolstation app. It's open seven days a week, from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sundays.

Customers of the Long Eaton branch will be able to pick up Toolstation’s new spring catalogue, which includes a collection of new products, from customer favourites including Einhell Power Tools, Stanley Workwear, Kudox Central Heating Appliances, as well as Toolstation’s own brand landscaping range Hawksmoor. The catalogue also includes offers including up to £100 off DeWalt drills, £40 off Kärcher cleaning accessories and £70 off Makita driver kits.
Toolstation was established in 2003, with more than 12,000 products available. Customer satisfaction ratings surveyed by Which? has seen Toolstation recognised as top Online Retailer in the DIY & Decorating category for six years running, and top High Street Retailer in the DIY category consistently for four years, most recently in 2020, achieving the full five stars for range, products, and value for money.
