This weekend marks National Pothole Day and comes as Glasgow Live has heard from numerous motorists who have complained about the city being riddled with potholes, forcing them to fork out money that they could spend elsewhere.
Cyclists are also affected by this issue with people expected to gather outside Glasgow City Chambers in George Square to protest the number of potholes in the city on January 28, as previously reported by Glasgow Live.
Taking place on Sunday (January 15), the national day hopes to raise awareness of the issue as well as the damage it can pose to vehicles and road users themselves.
