Nat-Gas Prices Slip on a Smaller EIA Weekly Inventory Draw

February Nymex natural gas (NGG25) on Thursday closed down by -0.015 (-0.38%).

Feb nat-gas prices Thursday gave up an early advance and posted moderate losses after weekly nat-gas supplies fell less than expected.  The EIA reported that nat-gas inventories for the week ended on January 17 fell -223 bcf, a smaller draw than the expectations of -247 bcf.  Nat-gas prices remained lower Thursday after the Commodity Weather Group said forecasts have shifted warmer for the central part of the country for January 28-February 1.
