Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said narco-terrorists -- those sitting in neighbouring countries or operating inside the Union territory -- will have to pay a "heavy price", asserting that their days are numbered.

Sinha led a 'Nasha-Mukt Jammu Kashmir' rally in Ganderbal district, and addressed a large gathering on the occasion.
