“Narcissistic vengefulness”: Candace Owens challenges narrative as Andrew Kolvet reveals Charlie Kirk messages were linked to Joe Kent leak

Candace Owens is again at the center of the story after private messages linked to Charlie Kirk’s death came out in public. What started as an internal exchange has now turned into a bigger debate online. Andrew Kolvet, who worked closely with Charlie Kirk, said he shared those messages with Joe Kent soon after Kirk’s death. Later, Candace Owens used those same texts to question what really happened. Kolvet has now spoken clearly about what he did, why he did it, and what he does not know. The issue matters because the messages were private, yet they ended up shaping a public narrative. While Owens believes the texts raise serious questions, Kolvet says he never wanted them to be used that way.

Andrew Kolvet says he shared Charlie Kirk texts with Joe Kent as Candace Owens uses them to question the case

Andrew Kolvet explained the full situation during his show on March 23. He confirmed that he sent screenshots from a private group chat to Joe Kent right after Charlie Kirk’s death.

“All right, so ‘verified’ is doing a lot of heavy lifting there… yes, in the immediate aftermath, I did provide the group chat to Joe Kent,” Kolvet said.

He said the reason was simple. He wanted to be open and make sure nothing was hidden.

“We don’t throw around accusations recklessly here… in a spirit of looking at every lead… we wanted everybody that needed to know, to know anything that we knew.”

Still, Kolvet made one thing very clear. After sending the messages, he does not know what happened next.

“I was told I could trust Joe Kent… I don’t know what happened to them at that point.”

Later, Joe Kent asked him to make the messages public. Kolvet refused.

“Those were shared privately… there could be innocent people on that group chat that would then be harmed.”

Even so, the texts came out publicly a week or two later. Kolvet did not directly blame Kent but admitted the timeline raises questions.

At the same time, Candace Owens used those messages to suggest something bigger may be behind Charlie Kirk’s death. She openly questioned the official narrative and shared strong views online.

“Narcissistic vengefulness… they view the exposure of that text thread as the beginning of the public recognition that Charlie was betrayed.”

She also raised doubts about the evidence.

“It’s so ‘overwhelming’… we have a gun that not even the bomb dogs could trace… a magical bullet… just so overwhelming.”

Owens argued that people should ask more questions instead of accepting everything as final.

Meanwhile, Kolvet and his co-host Blake Neff rejected those claims. Neff said clearly that they do not believe any wider plot was involved and pushed back against the idea that any group was behind the killing.

The case itself also includes Tyler Robinson, who allegedly said he carried out the act because of his disagreement with Kirk’s views. Alongside this, Joe Kent is facing separate attention after reports of an FBI investigation linked to leaked classified information.

The situation has now turned into two sides, one asking questions, the other warning against jumping to conclusions.
