California psychologist Dr Ramani Durvasula says Taylor Swift's new 'Patient Zero' video shows 'a masterclass' in narcissistic abuse, homing in on a chilling car-argument scene that she and viewers are now calling 'car door syndrome'.
Her review, posted on social media on 30 September, followed the video's premiere at the VMAs on 27 September. Durvasula described a partner turning hostile once a couple were alone, a shift actress Finola Hughes called 'the car door syndrome' in a comment on the post.
