Naomi Campbell has shared new photos of her daughter in a celebratory New Year’s post, following her arrival in May 2021.
The supermodel, 52, gave followers glimpses of her baby girl, nine months, after previously keeping her away from the spotlight and on social media.
Campbell’s daughter was seen in snaps with the model posted from a New Year’s celebration party they attended, and enjoying quality time with her mum on a day out at the beach.
In one photo, Campbell was pictured with her baby girl wrapped up in coats as they sat in front of the sea and waved at the sky.
In another image shared, the model was seen cradling her daughter whilst sporting a glamorous white cape gown with a flower in her hair at a New Year’s event, finished off with fireworks.
“Happy New Year! Darlings May God keep you and your family happy and healthy throughout the year,” Campbell captioned.
“May God’s presence never leaves your heart. To each new chapter of your life, may the Lord grant you His grace and strength in 2023 Happy New Year!!!
“Thank you @umarkamani @nadaadellex for your embrace of my little bean and I . BEST HOSTS Amazing heartfelt night .. Love Naomi #newyear #newyear2023”.
Campbell made the surprising announcement that she had welcomed her daughter last May, as she posted a photo of herself holding her baby girl on Instagram.
The fashion icon has remained fairly private surrounding the details of her daughter’s arrival, confirming only that “she wasn’t adopted – she’s my child”, as she spoke with British Vogue in February.
Campbell kept coy during her interview with the publication, only revealing that her close family and friends were aware she’d been planning her journey to motherhood for some time.
“I can count on one hand the number of people who knew that I was having her,” she said.
“But she is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”
Campbell, who is believed to be currently single, added: “I always knew that one day I would be a mother, but it’s the biggest joy I could ever imagine. I’m lucky to have her and I know that.”
