Lindsay Clancy’s former nanny took the stand at her murder trial on Wednesday, describing how the mom-of-three lost significant weight, couldn't sleep and complained of postpregnancy mental health issues in the months before she killed her three children.

But the nanny said she never worried that Lindsay Clancy might be a danger to her kids or herself.
