During her speech, Pelosi refrained from discussing the uncertainty surrounding Biden's candidacy or her alleged role in calls for him to step aside. Instead, she highlighted down-ballot candidates and emphasized the significance of the upcoming election in the battleground state of North Carolina.
While Pelosi praised the accomplishments of the Biden-Harris administration and contrasted their agenda with that of the Republicans under Trump, she notably referred to Trump as “What’s His Name” throughout her speech. Pelosi stressed that the focus should be on the future rather than dwelling on the past.
