The search for missing Nancy Guthrie, 84, has taken a new turn as investigators intensify efforts in a neighbouring county desert. The case has drawn national attention not only because of Nancy's family ties — she is the mother of Today co-host Savannah Guthrie — but also due to the complex technological methods now being deployed.
Authorities are now relying on precise cell tower coordinates and advanced signal-sniffing technology to track the location of Nancy's pacemaker. This approach raises both hope and heartbreak for her family as the fifth week of the investigation unfolds.
