An 80-year-old nan has admitted she's terrified of her energy costs after receiving a £5,000 Scottish Power bill.
Widow Clarice Brown, from Gateacre in Liverpool, has revealed she is unable to sleep at night in fear of her future energy bills as the price cap is set to increase.
Clarice, who lives on her own, received the bill five years ago - shortly after losing her husband James Stanley, 81, from fibrosis of the lung.
