Name revealed for new Liverpool railway station after public vote

Merseyrail Liverpool City Region Combined Authority

The name of a new railway station set to open in Liverpool in 2025 has been revealed following a public vote.

The former St James station will be known as Liverpool Baltic after a month-long vote saw the name emerge as the clear winner with 77.7%.

Liverpool Parliament Street came second with 15.2% and Liverpool Riverside was third with 7.1%.
