Nadia Sawalha has urged Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to give up their titles after watching the first instalment of the couple's new Netflix docuseries.
On Loose Women, the panel were discussing whether or not the Sussexes should be able to hold onto their namesakes after a poll revealed that 67 percent of viewers think they should have them removed.
Nadia said: "I watched all the documentaries, I had lots of thoughts on it - I changed my mind on things, but I don't want them to be stripped of it.
"But I now understand they are trying to do, I think they would really be validated if they said 'this institution isn't for us, we love our family, but we would like to hand these back."
She continued: "I think that would be incredibly powerful if they did that."
The other panellists agreed with Nadia and they said they had a lot of sympathy watching the programme.
Kaye Adams said: "They're not bad people, and clearly they've gone through their own experiences that they've found really difficult."
"I just think stripping people of stuff would not be a good move. We need to cool the temperature and we need to try and understand; what is this all about?"
Kaye did add after watching three hours of the programme she said that she wasn't sure what the couple were trying to say.
Linda Robson, meanwhile, pointed out the couple were getting paid "an absolute fortune" for doing the Netflix special.
But she added: "I do feel sad that the family is divided now, there's like two camps now.
"I feel really sad for Harry as well really because he's lost out on all his nieces and nephews because they don't really see much of the family anymore," she continued.
"But I think maybe that they should give (their titles) back, because I don't feel like they deserve it now really.
"I think they chose to live a different life, they've moved to America, they've got their house, they've got their kids over there."

Kaye added that if they don't want to live the life of a royal, then they shouldn't have the titles.
Nadia added that if they did ditch their titles it would "make what they are saying more authentic, because you can't say all of that and then keep those titles."
According to a poll conducted by the ITV daytime show found that 67 per cent of people agreed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should have their titles removed.
