When you sign up for text updates at Mytheresa, you will get free shipping on your next order. Alternatively, any order over $400 will qualify for free US shipping. If your order is less than this, standard shipping costs $25.
Does Mytheresa have a student discount?
Unfortunately, Mytheresa does not offer any student discount at this time. If you’re a student, you can still save on your purchase by shopping in the ‘Sale’ section or using one of our Mytheresa promo codes. If Mytheresa adds a student discount in the future, we’ll let you know right here.

What is the Mytheresa returns policy?
Returns can be made to Mytheresa within 30 days of receipt for most items with your pre-paid returns label. Your items should be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. You should also have any tags still attached and include original shoeboxes, jewelry boxes, and dust bags. Any customized items, LIFE items, or ‘Final Sale’ items cannot be returned or exchanged.
