Mysterious giant cylinder washes up on Australian beach as officials urge public to stay away

A giant metal cylinder was found washed up on a beach in Western Australia (WA) as police urged beachgoers to stay away from the potentially “hazardous” object.

The unidentified object was reported to police by residents near Green Head town in the Mid West coast on Sunday afternoon.
