- Peter Windsor, 61, has received an indefinite hospital order and a restraining order for stalking TV and radio presenter Myleene Klass and her Classic FM colleague Katie Breathwick.
- Windsor was convicted in October last year of sending the women disturbing items, including an air pistol, handcuffs, a police uniform, and "unhinged" letters, between March 2020 and August 2024.
- Klass described feeling "sheer terror" from receiving items like "a gun in a box with my name on it", while Ms Breathwick became "hypervigilant and constantly anxious" due to his actions.
- Despite Windsor's claim of not guilty by reason of insanity due to schizophrenia, jurors delivered unanimous guilty verdicts after a trial at Birmingham Crown Court.
- The judge imposed the hospital order, noting Windsor's significant mental health issues were central to his "escalating pattern of conduct" and the considerable harm caused to his victims.
